Spare Part Omni8/16C 8 Channel Standard Isolated Input Board; Positive Common The STD Input board may be ordered as a spare for existing Omni8C or 16C annunciators. This board is supplied standard with every Omni8C or 16C as the default option. The Input board accepts Potential Free contacts and supplies a 24Vdc wetting potential to the field contacts being monitored. It uses a 24V common which prevents field shorts from affecting other inputs on the same board. The board can accept field potentials of 24V in either common positive or common negative forms. These are options to be specified at order time. All unit are by default 24V positive common as is this board. The input sense selection (Normally open or closed) is set via DIP switch and inputs are connected via two part terminals which allows disconnection of the module leaving the terminals on the wiring. To order this input board separately as a spare part, use Order Code C1171. |
